  • Accommodation on the dhow: 12 people can sleep in the cabinets. Additional guests will sleep on the deck with all arrangements provided.

Health and travel insurance: It is mandatory to have a health and travel insurance in the country where this experience is happening. If you don't have insurance or your current insurance doesn't provide coverage, you can obtain one here !


Available Extras:  

  • Pick up & drop off from our meeting point in Dubai to Khasab and back + Border Crossing Fee (Available optionally for AED 300 (AED 269 for transport and AED 31 for border crossing))
  • VISA REQUIREMENTS:
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid visa or are eligible for a visa on arrival. Please visit https://evisa.rop.gov.om/ for the latest updates on visa requirements for Oman. The information provided below is for general guidance only and is subject to change:
      • Most nationalities (excluding certain African nationalities, Pakistani and a few other nationalities) holding a UAE work visa with more than 3 months of validity remaining and a passport valid for over 6 months can enter Oman visa-free or obtain a visa on arrival.
      • If you hold a dependent visa and your dependent meets the above criteria, you can also enter visa-free or obtain a visa on arrival, provided your dependent is traveling with you.
      • If you are in the UAE on a tourist visa, please check the visa requirements for both Oman and the UAE. 
      • We do not provide refunds if you are denied entry to Oman for any reason, as entry and visa arrangements are outside our scope.
  • Important details if you are driving to Oman:
    • If you have a loan on your car, you will need to get a NOC from your bank/dealership to be able to cross the border to Oman. You will also need Oman insurance for your car which you can get at the border if you don’t have one.
    • You are not allowed to take a car that is not under your name unless you have a RTA permit.

  • Not pet-friendly: This trip is not suitable for pets due to border crossings.
  • Tipping Information: If you'd like to show your appreciation to your guide, please bring cash in OMR or AED for tipping.
  • Mobile Coverage: Reception is weak or non existent in Khasab.
  • Important Note: Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 10 days of the trip.

Day 1

Road Trip & Adventure Begins

You can choose to start your itinerary in the morning or afternoon. Both options will have the same inclusions with different timings!


Morning Start Option:

  • 09:30 – Arrival in Khasab (self-drive)
  • 10:00 – Departure for a full-day cruise to Khor Sham
    Lunch, fruits, fresh juices, soft drinks, tea & coffee provided
    Two stops for swimming and snorkeling
  • 16:00 – Anchor inside the Khor
    Climb newly built steps (440 steps) on Seebi Island
    Panoramic view of the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman (optional)
    Leisure activities: relaxation, fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling
  • 20:00 – Dinner and overnight stay on board


Afternoon Start Option:

  • 03:30 – Arrival in Khasab (self-drive)
  • 16:00 – Departure for Khor Sham
    Anchor the dhow inside the Khor
    Leisure time: swimming, fishing, kayaking
  • 20:00 – Barbecue dinner and overnight stay on board
Day 2

Sunrise Views & Return

Morning Start Option:

  • 07:30 – Breakfast on board
  • 08:00 – Free time for swimming and relaxation
  • 09:00 – Return to harbor


Afternoon Start Option:

  • 08:00 – Breakfast on the dhow
  • 10:00 – Departure for a full-day cruise
